Returns -

Returns must be requested and pre-approved over e-mail to the [email protected]  address within 30 days of the original order.  The following infomation must be included ...

1) Order date and invoice #
2) Items to be returned
3) Reason for the return
4) Confirmation that the product hasn't been opened and has original packaging

Once approved, the following conditions will apply to the return ...

1) Package must be shipped back at your expense within 7 days of confirmation.
2) We will charge a 15% restocking fee to cover costs that were incurred with original sale.
3) If free freight was included in the order, we will charge back that portion of the freight.
4) Credits for the returned merchandise will be a ReefH2O credit.  Credit Card refunds must be requested,  reviewed and approved prior.
