Key
Features
Small and Powerful
The hygger 096 mini submersible heater is user-friendly,
versatile, and perfect for marine saltwater and freshwater fish tanks, small
ponds, and many other applications. Be sure to select the appropriate wattage
based on the size chart provided.
External Temperature Controller
The HG096 submersible mini heater features an external
controller for a temperature adjustment range of 59-93°F. The red light
indicates when the heater is active, while the green light signals that the
desired temperature has been reached and is being maintained.
The controller displays two readings: the current water temperature and the set
temperature. Pressing the ‘SET’ button to switch between these readings.
Out of Water Protection
Designed with safety and smart temperature sensing in mind,
this aquarium mini submersible heater automatically ceases operation when it is
not submerged in water, and the controller will flash an “Er” error code to
indicate. Once the heater is fully re-immersed in water, it will automatically
resume its heating function, ensuring safety and convenience.
Overheating Protection
The hygger 096 submersible heaters are equipped with
multiple safety features. If the water temperature rises above 93°F, it will
automatically shut down to prevent overheating. The controller will display a
flashing “EE” error code as an alert in such cases.
Power-off Memory Function
The mini heater is equipped with a power-off memory
function. In a power outage, the thermostat retains the last setting. The
heater will automatically resume operation at the previously set temperature
after power restoration.
Reliable and Safe Construction
Built with ultra-tough, thermal shock-resistant quartz
glass, the HG096 mini heater ensures safety and dependability for aquarium
heating. The heater’s core is made from high-efficiency nickel-chromium heating
wires that excel in thermal energy conversion. These wires transfer heat
through silicon carbide, a material known for its excellent
electrical-to-thermal energy conversion, ensuring long-lasting performance and
consistent heat distribution.
Usage Tips
1. Ensure that the heating rod is not exposed to water at
any time.
2. The controller is not waterproof; avoid placing it in water or damp
environments.
