Replaceable filter cartridges are a ready-made solution that will improve the care of clean water in the aquarium. A single filter sachet should be placed in a special cartridge housing, which in turn should be placed in a matching basket, which you can place in the filter housing in one movement. Thanks to this solution, replacing the filter media will not be a problem even for people starting their adventure with aquariums.

We have prepared 3 types of cartridges that work with the FZN PRO filter:

1. Standard Wool – replaceable cartridge made of thick filter wool, which ensures efficient mechanical filtration of water
2. Carbomax – filter wadding cartridge with activated carbon; In addition to mechanical filtration, it also eliminates chemical impurities and discoloration from water
3. Phosmax – additionally contains a phosphate eliminator, i.e. it protects the aquarium against algae infestation

Each pack contains 3 pieces of replaceable cartridges. Depending on the FZN PRO model, you will need from 1 to 6 cartridges, but ensure filtration efficiency. The inserts can be mixed as desired, creating a combination best suited to the needs of your tank.

AQUAEL TIP

In order for the filter to work properly, remember to clean and replace the tanks regularly. We recommend replacing them at least every 2-4 weeks – you will find this information on the packaging.

Filter media can be placed in a removable basket for the convenience of pre-packaged filter cartridges. Depending on the model, there are from 1 to 6 cartridges in it:

1. FZN PRO 20 – 1 cartridge
2. FZN PRO 40 – 2 cartridges
3. FZN PRO 60 – 4 cartridges
4. FZN PRO 80 – 6 cartridges
